Where and when is the ceremony/reception taking place?
All weekend events will be taking place at Mount Druid. The ceremony will take place at the Tin Chapel at 1pm on September 20th 2025, drinks will be held at The Boathouse, and dinner will be served in The Barn.
When should I arrive/leave?
Please feel free to join us for our pizza party Friday night and stay until Sunday morning! The ceremony starts at 1pm on Saturday so please be there at least fifteen minutes beforehand. Everyone must be checked out by 12pm on Sunday the 21st.
Is there a dress code?
We have no formal dress code but colour is very much encouraged! Feel free to refer to your invitation for our colour palette. Please avoid wearing white/cream/ivory/alabaster/porcelain/etc…
Where can I stay?
There is a range of accommodation on site. Please note that guests are responsible for arranging their own accommodation directly with the venue. To book your stay, please contact Mount Druid at 044 9226679 or email hello@mountdruid.ie

Cedarwood House B&B is a 1 minute drive
Mullingar Park Hotel is a 19 minute drive
Annebrook House Hotel is a 22 minute drive

Do I need to bring anything if I’m staying overnight?
Yes - please bring your own towel and toiletries. You may also want to bring a portable charger.
Is there transportation available?
All venues on site are within walking distance of each other and some onsite shuttling is also available. There is parking available at the venue with large Carparks to service both the Tin Chapel and the Barn.
Can I bring a date/plus one?
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to “(Your Name) & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten free options?
Yes! Please let us know any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you unplug for the ceremony and refrain from taking any pictures so our photographer can capture the moment.
